One day when the academy examinations were just around the corner.

Li had been told by a male instructor to visit the headmaster’s office after school.

“Excuse me.”

With elegant manners Li sat down on the sofa inside the headmaster’s office.

“Mm. I have heard many things about you, Li.”

The headmaster stroked his smooth bald head.

Li could not help but think something.

‘Could it be that the headmaster belonged to the no-hair faction?’

As if seeing straight through her thoughts the headmaster chuckled.

“Hoho. Do not worry. I support neither side. At my age it hardly matters anymore.”

Hearing that answer Li let out a sigh of relief.

“Today’s matter is not about that, Li. It concerns your examination.”

“Is this about dungeon training?”

“Hmm?” The headmaster stroked his proud white beard.

“The examination?”

“Yes. You will be exempt from the exam.”

“…What?”

Li could not help asking again.

“No need to question it now. The exam exemption has already been decided.”

Li did not want this kind of special treatment.

If she could not talk about the exam she would end up alone.

“I will personally lead you. There is no one else available at the moment.”

“Understood. I will accept that arrangement.”

Li snorted proudly.

“Very well. Then look forward to the day of the practical examination.”

“Thank you very much.”

Li bowed her head.

However something suddenly crossed her mind.

So she lifted her head and looked at the headmaster.

“Then what should I do on the day of the written exam?”

“There is nothing in particular. You could simply take the day off… no.”

The headmaster raised the corner of his lips like a beast.

In a political drama he would undoubtedly be the mastermind behind some scheme.

And so the headmaster and Li ended up getting carried away together.
